It speaks to the incredibly lonely process of self-reflection. Sasha’s first monograph confronts fear and avoidance whilst also discussing how creativity can be used as a resource to tap into hope and understanding, inner strength and love.

The body of work was born out of the unfulfilled desire to seek answers about the past. As a result, the book juxtaposes the images of two photographers, creating a unified narrative that attempts to connect the dots between the different generations, but ultimately results in a one sided conversation with the self.
